SMS Terms of Service
How text messaging works with MMS Traders — opting in, opting out, and what to expect.

Program Description
MMS Traders uses text messaging to communicate with carriers about dispatch. Messages may include load offers and rates, pickup and delivery details, check calls, paperwork requests, scheduling updates, and replies to questions you send us.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from MMS Traders when you:
- Provide your mobile number on our website quote form
- Provide your mobile number verbally or in writing when speaking with a dispatcher
- Sign a dispatch agreement that includes your mobile number
- Text us first at the number we have given you
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to use our dispatch services — we can work with you by phone and email instead.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how actively you are running. Carriers working with us daily may receive several messages a day; others may receive only a few a month. We only text you about matters relating to your dispatch.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply to messages you send and receive. MMS Traders is not responsible for those charges.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number. If you opt out, we can still reach you by phone or email about your loads.
To rejoin later, reply START or let your dispatcher know.

Supported Carriers
Our messaging works with major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy and Your Consent
Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use your number solely to communicate with you about dispatch, and we may share it with the messaging service providers we use to deliver those messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changing Your Number
If your mobile number changes, please tell your dispatcher so we do not text a number that no longer belongs to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
