MMS Traders (“MMS Traders”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets from Houston, Texas. When you request a quote, call us, or become a client, you may provide:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address
- Business details — company name, MC number, DOT number, and operating authority
- Equipment and operating information — equipment type, preferred lanes, and availability
- Documents needed to complete carrier setups, such as insurance certificates and W-9s
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
Like most websites, ours may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to quote requests and answer your questions
- To provide dispatch services — sourcing loads, negotiating rates, and coordinating with brokers and shippers on your behalf
- To complete carrier packets and broker or shipper setups in your name, with your authorization
- To send operational messages about loads, scheduling, and paperwork

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for, or where the law requires it:
- Brokers and shippers — to book freight and complete carrier setups on your behalf
- Service providers — such as load boards, email and phone providers, and accounting software
- Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel, where reasonably needed
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or business
Text Messaging

Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the period needed to meet our legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
